Wallet
What is a wallet and why do I need one ?
When you sign up for CyLimit, you get a wallet on the blockchain.
This means you have your own wallet that you can manage, put money into and withdraw money from.
For those who already know their way around crypto-currencies, you can put USDC in with your Metamask wallet. If not, you can use our Ramp partners to deposit USDC on CyLimit. Once you've done that, you can buy cards on the market with your USDC.
You can also use your credit card to buy cards directly on the market.
How can I fund my wallet ?
Use your credit card : The quickest and easiest way is to use our Ramp partners to fund your CyLimit wallet with dollars ($), euros (€), pounds (£) and other currencies.
Using a crypto-currency wallet : If you're comfortable with blockchain and USDC transfers, you can use a crypto-currency wallet to fund your Cylimit account.
If you have any further questions about deposit methods, please send a request to our support.
What are the costs involved in a wallet transfer ?
On the Blockchain, gas fees have to be paid to secure and verify each transaction. In order not to confuse all users with the disadvantages of Blockchain, CyLimit covers all wallet transfer costs.
How can I withdraw funds from my wallet ?
The money you deposit in your CyLimit wallet, or generated by your sale on the secondary market, can be withdrawn to your personal crypto wallet.
- Access your wallet - Click on withdraw - Enter the amount you wish to withdraw, indicate the address where you wish to receive the funds and enter your CyLimit account password. - Click on continue - Paste the verification code (sent to your CyLimit email address)
We'll process your request as soon as possible.
You can always check the history by clicking on your wallet and on the "Process history" button.
I'm having problems with my credit card payments. What should I do ?
If you're having problems with your credit card, we recommend the following :
- Try again, it may be a network error. - Check your balance and limit, your bank may cancel the transaction because you don't have enough funds.
If none of the above solutions worked, the best option is to contact your bank.
We use Stripe as our payment provider and unfortunately we cannot approve your credit card for you.
